Conveniently located in the Centro district of Madrid, Woohoo Rooms Fuencarral is set 500 metres from Gran Via, 1.1 km from Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and 1.1 km from Plaza de España Metro Station. The room was very clean and well laid out. The bathroom included a rain shower which was fantastic. Being directly on one of the main shopping streets was perfect because it got quiet pretty early and you were close to everything. The staff was very friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Ideally situated in the Centro district of Madrid, Woohoo Rooms Hortaleza is situated 1 km from Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, 400 metres from Gran Via and 2 km from El Retiro Park. super clean, beds were really comfortable, location was superb and staff were absolutely brilliant!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, with tips for places to eat. Room large and clea, bed comfortable, large bathroom and wardrobe. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Coffee ok. The location is really good, near to train and bus station, subway, walking distance from everything. Very good choice to stay in Madrid.

Ideally located in the heart of Madrid, NH Collection Madrid Gran Vía provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property, only 400 metres from Puerta del Sol. THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE! Alvaro, from Guest Services was so friendly and made us feel at home right away. Everytime we bumped into each other, he had the biggest smile on his face and that made the hotel memorable. David was also very friendly all the time, helped us with getting a cab and overall, just incredible.

Great location in a really cool neighbourhood of Madrid,. Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!
