Most everything. Nice rooms and the staff are amazing. They even accepted a package of glasses for me. The onsen is wonderful, definitely try it. I especially enjoyed the outdoors area where I could watch planes takeoff. We had great shiatsu massages too. We stayed when we arrived late to Haneda for a night and then we went back at the end of the trip and used it to go to Disneyland and DisneySea too. Made life very easy on the day we flew out too. We ate at the shopping area nearby and if you show your room key, you get a discount. It's an easy indoor walk from the international terminal and the trains to Tokyo are right there.

It’s was soooo good. Very close to the train station even it’s not on yamamote line but still convenient!! The room is big enough for solo traveler like me, actually it’s bigger than I thought and bigger than normal Japanese hotel room. There is not bathtub in the bath room but I don’t care cause normally I don’t use it. There is Family mart on the first floor. The luggage room was amazing you can use it by yourself there are plenty of place to keep your luggages!! And the reception was self check in however hotel manager are there to help you if you don’t understand the process.

The rooms were more spacious than expected. I was surprised that I was able to fit my family member's and my luggage inside and have enough room to open them. There is also a public bath for you to use to relax. This hotel was reasonably easy to find and transport from HND was not too difficult.
Around the hotel, there were many restaurants to choose from for a late night snack.

The location was convenient and easy to get to from the train station. The room was very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable - I prefer as soft of a mattress as possible and this was pretty good for a hotel mattress where they’re trying to accommodate as many different guest preferences as possible. I’d the mattress was comparable to nice hotels in the US that you might book for business travel or a family vacation. I don’t speak any Japanese, but didn’t have any issues communicating with staff.
